関空・紀州路快速
現在はコロナ禍で、外国人旅行客は見ませんが、少し前までは、大阪市内から関西国際空港行きの電車に乗ったつもりが、和歌山方面へ行ってしまう外国人旅行客が相次いでいたそうです。
ＪＲ西日本の「関空・紀州路快速」が、途中の日根野駅で切離され、前１号車から４号車までは関西国際空港に行きますが、後ろ５号車から８号車までは和歌山にいきます。
関西国際空港行きに行く乗客は、最初から、前１号車から４号車までに乗車していれば、そのまま乗続け、後ろ５号車から８号車までに乗車していた場合、日根野駅の切離し時間中に、前１号車から４号車までに、乗換えればよいということになります。
堺市、三国ヶ丘、鳳、和泉府中、東岸和田、熊取で乗り換えようとすると、プラットフォームに置いて行かれます。

We will be stopping at Sakaishi, Mikunigaoka, Otori, Izumi Fuchu, Higashi Kishiwada, Kumatori, and Hineno stations. After leaving Hineno, the Kansai Airport Rapid Service will be stopping at Rinku Town. The Kishuji Rapid Service will be stopping at every station. Thank you.

欧米人なら、よほど、うっかりしていない限り、乗り間違えはなさそうです。
問題は、中国、台湾、韓国などアジアからくる観光客ですね。
結構、間違いは、ありそうです。
日根野から各停になりますから、気づくのが早ければ、逆向きの電車に乗るか、タクシーに乗ると間に合います。
和歌山まで行くと、無理でしょう。
